​Greg is the son and nephew of Veterans. He has volunteered extensively with seniors -- including older Veterans. His foundation funded a series of scholarships for students studying for EMS, Paramedic or First Responder careers. ​​For his civic efforts, Greg has received honors like the Jefferson Award for Public Service. He also received an honor with a 'fun' (but not literal) military connection -- one of 35 Americans honored by Hasbro in honor of G.I. Joe's 35th Anniversary. SCROLL DOWN

On the professional side, Greg has written for magazines (e.g. article on a member of The United States Army Band, "Pershing's Own"). and has spoken at events (e.g. conference for juvenile officers) and schools (e.g. military academies). His books, workbooks and posters have been used by organizations with military connections -- including youth centers that support military members' children, nonprofits started by (or in honor of) a Veteran, and organizations that serve military families and/or Veterans.
