On the civic side, Greg has hosted or co-hosted hundreds of group meals at restaurants. On the professional side, groups with a connection to the culinary world have ordered his books & posters for staff, clients, local residents and/or students. In the process, Greg has gotten to know / developed a deep appreciation for those who prepare the food we eat. So, he began taking formal & informal cooking lessons. This has included 'shadowing' &/or observing some chefs in the US & the Caribbean. His culinary skills remain a definite work in progress, but he has had a lot of fun trying to learn how to cook.
