Greg has hosted or co-hosted hundreds of group meals. In the process, he has developed a deep appreciation for those who prepare the food. So, he began taking formal & informal cooking lessons. This has included 'shadowing' &/or observing some of the top chefs in the US & the Caribbean. His culinary skills remain a definite work in progress, but he has had a lot of fun trying to learn how to cook. Along the way, many groups with a connection to food & the culinary world have ordered Greg's books & posters for internal (e.g. for staff) or external (e.g. for clients or local students) use.
