Since childhood, Greg has loved ice cream, vanilla milkshakes and grilled cheese.  At 24, he started The Brunch Bunch mentoring program -- bringing people together for milkshakes & group meals on a weekly basis. He also launched a milkshake-themed fundraiser -- with all of the proceeds funding college scholarships.  He has been featured by media like Beverage World and Good Morning America. He has worked for the media as well (i.e. writing an article for Candy Industry about the owner of an ice cream parlor). SCROLL DOWN

Milkshakes are prominently featured in the books based on Greg's story. Many ice cream shops and groups in the dairy industry have gotten the books, workbooks &/or posters for their staff members, customers &/or local students. Other ice cream shops & groups in the dairy industry have sponsored editions of The Elevator Project. Greg has given speeches at many events for local, national or international groups in the ice cream / dairy industries (i.e. Illinois Holstein Association).
