Greg has hosted or co-hosted hundreds of brunches & dinners, but he always relied on others to prepare the meals. Personally, he was clueless in the kitchen. Hoping to change that, he began taking formal & informal cooking lessons. In the process, he has had the privilege of meeting some incredibly gifted people who excel in this field. This has included a chance to 'shadow' &/or observe some of the top chefs in the USA & the Caribbean - and visiting a number of factories as well. His culinary skills remain a definite work in progress, but he has had a lot of fun trying to learn how to cook. Along the way, many groups with a connection to food & the culinary world (ie FEED Kitchens) have ordered Greg's books &/or related posters for internal (ie staff) or external (ie local students) use.
