The Carolinas

Greg has spent time - & collaborated with many groups - in North Carolina & South Carolina. He has taken part in fun experiences like throwing out the first pitch game at a Charlotte Knights game (in Fort Mill, SC), whitewater rafting at US National Whitewater Center & doing a ride-along at Richard Petty Driving Experience. His books have been used by schools, nonprofits, companies & senior communities throughout the Carolinas. The review on the back cover of The Milkshake Man comes from the head of a children's museum in South Carolina. SCROLL DOWN

Greg has spoken at many events in this region for audiences of different ages -- from young kids to college students to senior citizens. He also has been the guest speaker at events for both future educators  (e.g. North Carolina Teaching Fellows Junior Conference) and current educators (e.g. Durham Association of Educators Summer Institute) in NC. He has written for many publications -- including University of North Carolina at Charlotte's alumni magazine, and a magazine article about a chef in NC. He has given internships to college students around the U.S. including one at UNC.
